OZ300 Installation Guide

Step 1 - Preparation

Locate the bolts on your vehicle roof and clean throughly your roof before adding any accesories.

Step 2 - Removal

Remove the factory bolts and bracket and clean underneth really well, checking twice the condition of the roof at this stage.

Step 3 - Preventive Treatments

We encourage installers to use a good silicone self-fusing tape, liquid sealant, high density thread seal tape or anaerobic sealant if you're planning a low-maintenance and long-lasting installation.

Step 4 - Cover the Area

When possible, add an outdoor rubber liner or strip. Will add an extra isolation layer to avoid contact roof <> bracket.
